Now That Buhari has won, What Next?

Its no longer new that president Buhari has secured another 4 years term by winning in the just concluded 23rd February election 2019 but what i really what to find out is ” Yes Buhari has won, But what Next?”

After victory comes the action, and unlike the first time wen he rode on the wings of his popularity this time around its all about competence and effective delivery that will keep his party in the system after the expiration of his tenure

Many people are wondering what we all should expect in this Next Level promise, Would it be a next level of Hunger and poverty or a NEXT LEVEL of economic Progress and poverty alleviation,

Nigeria is now number one on world list of people living under extreme poverty, and a lot of things have rally gone wrong do to reckless management of past and present crop of political class but one question that has lingered and left unanswered is ” WHAT NEXT?”

Its not enough to secure victory in the poll how do you implement or avoid the repeat of some of the mistakes your administration had done in the last 4 years?

what are your economic blue prints, enough have been said on reshuffling you cabinet but this time around will it take another 6 months to inaugurate or are we going to see list of corrupt tagged individual hovering around your cabinet Mr president?

70 Percent of average Nigerian believe that you have the best interest at heart for this country but sometimes your actions or inaction’s says otherwise,

Nigeria and Nigerians are known to be emotional, forgiven and patient people and this is the more reason why any politician even with little efforts will secure the  heart loving interest of her.  But instead of acting as a strength, our political class has abuse this virtue using it as a weapon to suppress and subjugate justices

Its time we Nigeria wake up from this slumber of ethnic and religious divide, its time we hold our political elites accountable, see beyond tribes or religion affinity, for a dreamed Nigeria to be achieved the populace muse be conscious of what the leaders are doing and be ready to defend our democracy,

A Nigeria of our dream is Ours to build, what you the little neglects of today can be the big disaster of tomorrow. Its Time to Rebuild Nigeria to the NEXT LEVEL free from corruption, extreme poverty and mismanagement .

Atiku wants to Debate with Buhari

Atiku wants to Debate with Buhari

Atiku Abubakar the Presidential Candidate of Peoples Democratic Part (PDP) has insisted that he would love to debate with President Muhammadu Buhari, while there were speculations that he Atiku may not have the ball to engage in the presidential Debate, He as debunk the News in fact he stated that he would love to have a real contest with the incumbent president

“I arrived the Congress Hall of the Hilton venue of the #2019Debate. This debate and the election is a referendum on the incumbent,” Mr Abubakar said.

Atiku Wants to Debate with Buhari anytime he is ready !

Atiku came back from The United state of America because of this debate but it was observed that President Buhari was absent and this was the only reason why Atiku withdrew from the debate, Rumor has it that similar event played out  during the last 2015 election and the opposition party (APC) whose candidate couldn’t participate in the debate were only busy picking holes with then president defense. The PDP opposition Candidate latter released an update on his twitter handle according to premium times

“We came here for a Presidential debate, not a candidacy debate, and I, Atiku Abubakar can not challenge or question an administration where the man at the helm of the affairs of the nation is not present to defend himself or his policies. After all you cannot shave a man’s head in his absence. I do not believe in attacking a man who is NOT here to defend himself. As a leader and former vice president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, let me first apologies to all Nigerians, my fellow candidates and the moderator for the the APC Presidential Candidate’s absence in this debate. His non-appearance is a slight on ALL of us and our democracy.

Secondly, with all due respect to my fellow candidates, Fela Durotoye, Oby Ezekwesili, Kingsley Moghalu and to the moderator Mark Sugar and with apologies to all Nigerians here and at home expecting an interesting debate, I regret that I will not be able to go on with this debate due to President Buhari’s absence.

I however challenge President Buhari to choose a date and time for a debate where he will be present and I will be there, hopefully with the other candidates as well.

Thank you and God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”

Atiku Abubakar twitted

Atiku Abubakar and the coming to America ; Why he was not arrested ( Opinion)

Atiku Abubakar is in the United States of America

It’s no longer news that the Nigerian strongest opposition party, presidential flag bearer Alhaji Atiku ABUBAKAR, is in the United States of America (USA)

Prior to his visit to the United States of America, there has been news, rumors, allegations and secret white papers circulating on the internet on his alleged involvements in corrupt government contract deals,  which had led the US government to place him on a ban list or rather on a wanted list  Thus hindering him from  visiting  the US soil.

Be as this may be,  on 17th January two days to the much awaited presidential debate,  Mr. ABUBAKAR took the whole Nigeria by surprise,  to defile all odds, he visit the forbidden land,  while we were still trying to debunk or rather  tag such uprising as a fake news,  he went ahead to lodge in the current US presidential hotel , Going by the high powered security personnel and the US secret Service agents seen in the photographs circulating on social media,  one is left to  ponder and articulate  what had really happened and what is about to happen.

For 13 Years Atiku Abubakar, a two time Nigeria Vice President, has not been seen or heard,  going to America,  After the tenure expiration of his boss,  Chief Olusegun Obasanjo,  Atiku  and Obasanjo had been arch enemies which have extended beyond politics and some folks closer to Obasanjo once said that His boss has vowed “ Not in  his lifetime will Atiku Abubakar Ascend the throne of Presidency”

This he made good of his threat by Publishing a book ‘On my Watch’ which dealt extensively, injuriously and stealthily on the crook, the dubious and over-ambitious personality of His VP Atiku Abubakar

However, as times and seasons changes, a new era of change was birthed, which see the swearing in of the incumbent President, General Muhammadu Buhari, just like old times, Buhari fever was experienced by all and sundry.

Economic recession, high profile corruption, insecurities, extreme poverty, high rate of unemployment became another yardstick to measure the promised change,

It’s also on records that Obasanjo played a very vital role in the making of this current wind of change.

While the Change chanters are preparing to send Nigeria to either the next Level of Success or Next level of doom depending on which section of the tribe or divide you are from.

Olusegun Obasanjo a once arch enemy of Atiku Abubakar has buried the hatchet with his VP and re-aligned his interest with Atiku, prior to this comeback

He has openly and several sworn even in the media on how God and Nigeria will never forgive him if he allows Atiku becomes a president in his lifetime,

However, indeed politics is a game of interest, Obasanjo with his political clout has single-handedly endorsed his once enemy as against his Old change which is about to enter the next level.

The traveling to the United States by Atiku was planned and orchestrated to rubbish the one heavy punch tool the APC government has used to whittle down the political prowess of Mr. Atiku Abubakar by insisting he is on the US wanted list due to corruption.

Secondly, this has scored him a good political point for as an  opposition leader, especially in the upcoming Presidential Debate.

Another thing this development has achieved is to diffuse the rumor and news fast spreading online on why Atiku cannot become the president, or why anyone should not vote for him.

Why Atiku Abubakar Could not have been Arrested

America as of today is run and managed by a onetime alleged racist and Islamophobia, while president Donald Trump has a strong stance on corruption, terrorism, and extreme Islam, Africa as a continent reek of all the above-stated vices,

Libya is an example of neglect and bad judgment by Obama Administration,  Trump,  had always seen Africa as toxic dumping site which needs a proper manager to contain the implosion or explosion that can indirectly lead to an upsurge in global crisis,   terrorism,  and more illegal migration into the US or her sister countries.

For Africa to be contained, Nigeria has a greater role to play, Trump has never hidden his disdain for Buhari as it was once alleged that he instructed his aids not to let him meet someone as ‘lifeless as Buhari‘ and since then Buhari has not been seen or heard associating or meeting him again.

For the interest of the greater good and a choice between the two evils, one has to assume that Trump will choose the lesser evil in order to reduce, control, and regulate the secessionist uprising,   extrajudicial killing, abuse of powers,  high corruption, crime against humanity,  Boko Haram,  extreme poverty and high rate of unemployment.

Just like ex-US President Barrack Obama, Trump will have a person and political interest on who will control the affairs of Africa,  going by the antecedent of Obasanjo and the goodwill being enjoy by Atiku among the youths who are the highest decided factor in this upcoming election,  Donald Trump and America are making sure that whoever emerges will be a more friendly and diplomatic president and Atiku possess such trait.

Arresting or detaining the only individual who stands the chance to wrestle power from the incumbent president at this critical period of time, will be a wrong option that can spell doom on Africa and can give rise to more crisis  Dictatorship, an upsurge in crime,  and violence,  Libya is a case study.

In as much as Atiku ABUBAKAR is not untouchable,  with the lobbying of ex. presidents,  generals,  senators, and some ally countries,  America has aligned her interest in ensuring that Africa most important election will be successfully conducted without crisis,  therefor Arresting Atiku ABUBAKAR will only Give the incumbent president an easy ride to victory because if Trump will work with Africa,  he must work with a president that can at least understand his language without interpretation.

Guide on Starting an Egg Distribution Business [ IN FULL DETAILS]

Egg Distribution business crates

Egg Distribution business is all about buying eggs directly from farms and reselling at wholesale price to the retailers, individuals, wholesalers, or even the final consumers.

Does it sound very funny or strange to you that egg distribution business is more profitable than poultry farming Itself? I am an Animal Scientist, I have managed farms and I can tell you that egg distribution is less stressful & more profitable than poultry business, I will give you reasons and why you should choose egg distribution to poultry business, if you are confuse in choosing the best to invest your money

With N100k you can Make more than 180k in four weeks if you deliver up to 3 times in a week or 80k if you deliver eggs once in a week

How to Start Egg Distribution Business in your Area?

This venture may not require an office, (if you actually need any you can use your house) because the business is like drop shipping business. Before you can start buying eggs, the first thing you must do is to contact 2-3 egg sellers who will always buy eggs in bulk.

Its simple to get new customers as far as you will not disappoint on your delivery, your cost is cheaper and your eggs are neat / fresh / sizable.

Wholesalers are ready to buy because most of them prefer distributors due to the fact you’re the one that will bear the risks of cracks, conveying and transport contingencies

There are times when there will be egg glut but then, you have many customer’s you can sell to

Ensure that a customer

Some of the challenges you will likely face are:

Cost of transportation: (Its best if you have your own car but you can hire)

Distance to Market: (If the farm is located in another far state it will be very tasking but if the state is not far your expenses won’t be much, transportation account for 90% of your expenses)

Egg Scarcity in farms: you should ensure that your not known to only one farm and as a pro tip, you can take turns in different farms, Let say this week you can go to this farm, next week another farm, etc. . The benefit of this process will pay off when most farms are low on eggs you may not be able to get all the egg stock you need so you can sweep around different farms until you reach your target

Egg Cracks: During the long distance delivery, its likely some eggs will crack , in order to minimize this occurrence, its preferable you use paper crates and your driver ( if your not the one driving ) should not be reckless especially when approaching bumpy roads

Wholesaler Credits: If you have not been owed cash in business,

Why Egg Distribution Business is a Hot Money-making Venture Compared to poultry Business

Be as it may be, egg is something everyone eggs once in a while, while egg can be used as daily supplement to augment our protein needs, Egg itself is a commodity that is readily used for numerous purposes, because of its highly nutritious content, its used in manufacturing industries for making of, drugs, Supplements, Cosmetics , Baking, Confectioneries, etc., Egg as a whole contains all the complete vitamins and minerals the body requires to functions properly and hence its highly recommended especially for our kids for proper brain function and building of body muscles tissues.

Egg is a highly sort after product in the market, in one of my inquiries when I was managing a farm in Ogun state Nigeria, Egg retailers are always ready and eager to buy as much as possible eggs they can because the demand is always there, there is nothing like seasonal, eggs are consumed or used very day

Unlike poultry Production where you have to take full responsibilities for managing the birds, Drug vaccinations, feeding and cleaning the pens in order to avoid spread of diseases or crisis Egg distribution business has nothing of such, all you need is to locate a good farm register with them and carry Eggs to your retailers,

In Poultry Production lets say broiler or meat production system a Broiler will stay at least a minimum of 4-6 weeks to reach market  table size (1.5 kg and above) before you can auction it out,  but within these periods you will not be an inflow of cash so to say, if you are relying on it as source of livelihood you could run into many debts   and there are highly chances of you losing some birds But in egg Distribution business, you can choose they way you like, Daily supply or weekly supply, either way you are sure of daily or weekly cash inflow

 Let’s do the math

You invested 100,000 in Poultry business (all things being equal) 100k can get you 50 birds while you use the rest for feeding and managing (all though you will spend more than that but let’s assume its 50k you will spend to raise each bird)

At the end of the training period with good management practices only 5 Birds died and the cost of each attached to each bird should be 2k since all you invested was 100k/50

If you loose one bird = The cost of the bird = N2000- Naira

Therefore 5 Birds will be 5 X 2000 = N10,000

Selling the Birds

Selling price Is N4000 (for 6-8 weeks bird) = 45birds X N4000 = N180,000

Profit

Selling Price – Cost of Production

N180,000 – N100,000 = N80,000

All Things being Equal you made N80,000 in 6-8 weeks

EGG Distribution Business Investment with N100,000

Cost of Crates                                    N5000

Cost of eggs per crate                       N650

Cost of Transportation                        N15,000

Total Number of Eggs (in Crates)     123 creates (N80k/N650)

Frequency of distribution 3 times in a Week

Total Number of cracked eggs during each delivery = 5 crates x 3 = 15 crates

Average selling Price to Wholesalers = N750 Per crate

(All things Being equal)

Total crate of Eggs delivered              110 x 750 = N92,250

Total Investment in egg distribution is 80k therefore you will earn N12,500 in each delivery

N10,250 X 3 Times in a week = N30,750 (Weekly)

In 6 weeks; 30750 X 6 = N184,500 + 80k Capital

(I decided to concentrate on 80k capital, even though we won’t be buying crates everyday but the N5k I left out can be used to augment the lapses in transportation or any other occurrences)

At the end of the 6 weeks, Total Cash at our disposal will be N264,500

Comparing it to Broiler Business, Total Cash After 6 weeks N180,000

The Difference N264500 – N180,000 = N84,500

If you have your own car, Then am sure you wont spend so much on transportation because conveying the eggs is the only stress and capital project you will be embarking on, This calculation is on the understanding that your location is in the same state, but if its interstate E.G. buying Eggs in Ogun state and selling to Lagos you may spend more on transportation  but even at that, the calculation was based on you keeping the N10,250 Back but you can invest everything back till the 6th week  See below in case you wanted to be investing everything back ( which is actually what every business person will do)

(This is the Second System if we are going to invest everything back till week 6)

First Week

1st Delivery N92,250

2nd Delivery N 105750

3rd Delivery N121500

Second Week

1st Delivery N139500

2nd Delivery N160961

3rd Delivery 185250

Third Week

1st Delivery N213750

2nd Delivery N246000

3rd Delivery N283500

4TH Week

1st Delivery N327000

2nd Delivery N377250

3rd Delivery N435000

Just in 4 Weeks your cash have grown from 100k to N435000, So what more can you look for, Egg Distribution business is far lucrative, less stressful and more rewarding,  if you require any assistance such as locating a Farm, feel free to ask us anything , we will gladly assist .
